We are currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team of professionals. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and thrive in a collaborative setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role:

  • Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to enhance recovery.
  • Document patient progress and treatment in compliance with clinic policies and industry standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional clinic environment.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts PTA license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and patient-focused with a team-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply! Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus.
