We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Live Broadcast Operations team based in Denver, CO.
In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource supporting the design, integration, and operation of live broadcast workflows across Prime Video's live sports and linear channel portfolio. You will work at the intersection of broadcast engineering and cloud-based media technology, partnering closely with internal engineering teams, external broadcasters, and technology vendors to ensure best-in-class live video delivery at scale.
This is a hands-on technical role embedded within our Denver Master Control Room (MCR) environment, with direct influence over the infrastructure and workflows that power some of the most-watched live sports content in the world.
Key job responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site technical resource in Denver, supporting live events across NBA, MLB, TNF, and other Tier 1 and Tier 3 properties
Partner with AWS, Prime Video engineering, and external broadcast technology vendors to architect scalable cloud and hybrid broadcast solutions
Define and maintain technical specifications and integration standards for live content workflows
Troubleshoot complex live transmission issues in real time with zero tolerance for failure
Drive adoption of advanced broadcast technologies including UHD, HDR, live ad insertion, and SCTE standards
