Primary Function: The Advocacy Coordinator supports the Director and Associate Director of Education and Advocacy in implementing the advocacy strategy, leveraging the resources and networks of KBI, a Catholic organization located at the US-Mexico border, to promote humane and just migration policy./ El/La Coordinador(a) de Incidencia apoya a la Dirección y Dirección Asociada de Educación e Incidencia en la implementación de la estrategia de incidencia, aprovechando los recursos y las redes de KBI, una organización católica ubicada en la frontera entre México y Estados Unidos, para promover una política migratoria humana y justa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience/ Estudios y experiencias

Requires coordination and manual dexterity, normal mental and visual ability; ability to lift as required in a normal office environment. Position is hybrid, with a preference for 3 in-person days a week in Nogales, Sonora. The position requires extended periods of desk work (sitting, using a computer), participation in meetings (in person and online), and occasional standing and walking during visits, immersions, and on-site accompaniment activities.
