Job description

Job Summary

Provides education to existing OEC customers on the benefits of taking advantage of their access to the free additional solution, the PartsTech parts ordering platform. Call lists will be provided, and calls will be placed in a high-volume setting. 

Candidates must live within commuting distance to our office in Bee Cave, TX to be considered for this role.

Work schedule is 4 days per week at 10 hours per day (total of 40 hours). May occasionally flex to 5 days to meet business needs, but schedule capped at 40 hours. 

Alternating 4-day weekends: Work Mon.-Thurs. then off Fri.-Mon. Pick back up Tues.-Fri. the following week. 

Hybrid schedule: Any Monday or Friday worked is a remote day. Tues.-Thurs. working onsite in our Bee Cave office.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Conducts warm, outbound proactive calling to educate existing OEC customers in a high-volume setting (min. 50 dials per day).

2. Engages with customers by phone and email. Communicates knowledgeably to provide content and product/program information to generate signups of the PartsTech parts ordering platform.

3. Gathers information to generate signups with key users and decision makers.

4. Researches accounts using Salesforce CRM as well as external resources such as Google and LinkedIn to pre-qualify leads.

5. Participates in outbound call campaigns to drive usage and adoption of the PartsTech platform.

6. Achieves assigned sales targets and performance metrics in line with business requirements.

7. Utilizes Salesforce CRM to document activity and maintain customer accounts.

Education

Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience

No outbound calling experience is required; however, candidates must have the following skills and abilities:

· Strong work ethic, driven, resilient, and creative in engaging in meaningful conversations and handling objections.

· Professional speaking voice with strong phone etiquette skills.

· Self-motivated and results oriented.

· Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

· A positive and determined attitude, and able to communicate in a respectful, positive and constructive manner, even during times of challenge and frustration.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to employ structured selling methods.

· Works effectively and independently in a high-pressure, high risks sales environment.

· Strong desire and ability to evolve sales skills and product knowledge, and progress to other roles within the Direct Sales organization.

· Flexible and adaptable approach to work and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.

· Able to effectively work and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
