Job description

Mann Lake Bee & Ag in Hackensack, MN is hiring

4-day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Description

  • Manufacturing all goods within quality specifications.
  • Accurately accounts for feed production and inventory.
  • Maintains and adjusts equipment to maximize production and minimize downtime.
  • Consistently commits to all safety standards and demonstrates safe behavior.
  • Adheres to all FDA requirements, as well as accurate documentation.
  • Maintains a clean work environment.
  • Has the ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.

Experience Required

  • Entry level position with training provided
  • Experience as a Mill or Machine Operator in feed line or manufacturing is a plus but is not required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Resourceful self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
