About the role: 


As a Professional Services Delivery Network Engineer at Secure Data Technologies, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, working with one of the region’s most innovative technology companies in an exponentially growing market. You will be part of a dynamic team that creates amazing client experiences.


The Professional Services Delivery Network Engineer will work with our clients to ensure their infrastructure and cloud projects are designed, built, and implemented according to Secure Data’s gold standard. You will be eyes, ears, and hands implementing projects for dozens of multi-national corporations. A successful candidate will be ambitious, curious, and eager to work with our clients.


Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s expert to our clients. If you have experience building and designing infrastructure products, we’d like to meet you!


What you'll do:

 

Deliver project deliverables as defined in project statements of work

Build, install, and configure router, switch, firewall, server, storage, and security solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement network security solutions

Assist sales, product development, and architecture teams with product design

Work with key partners to implement their technologies for our clients

Direct vendor escalations for client issues

Partner with our vendors to design technical solutions

Create knowledge base articles for internal operations

Direct vendor escalations for client issues

Perform maintenance on internal and external customer systems

Develop governance, process, and procedure documentation for each SDTI client

As needed, participate in certification testing for identified OEM partners


Requirements for this role:

  • At least five years of related experience required
  • At least one industry recognized certification


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
