  • Establish enterprise standards for platform architecture, engineering automation, and software delivery.
  • Drive adoption of Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), Infrastructure as Code, cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes, container platforms, release engineering, environment management, artifact repositories, secrets management, observability platforms, and platform networking.
  • Build reusable engineering capabilities that enable product teams to deliver software securely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent academic or professional experience.
  • Progressive leadership experience managing enterprise Platform Engineering and DevSecOps organizations.
  • Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated success building modern cloud-native engineering platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Application Security, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and engineering automation.
