Job Title: Director, Automotive Technology Solutions - CONCENTRIX

Role Summary

The Director, Automotive Technology Solutions is a sector-focused sales leader responsible for driving growth of CX technology and digital services across the automotive portfolio.

This is an overlay role that partners with Account Executives and GTM teams to shape demand, influence solution strategy, and close complex, technology-led opportunities. The role brings deep automotive and technology expertise to position our service offerings as strategic business enablers.

Primary Objectives

  • Accelerate adoption of CX technology services across the automotive portfolio
  • Increase technology penetration and attach rate within existing customers
  • Serve as the automotive technology sales authority for internal teams and clients

Key Responsibilities

Overlay Sales Leadership

  • Act as the technology sales overlay across automotive customers
  • Identify and drive white-space opportunities for CX technology services
  • Support expansion through executive engagement, workshops, and roadmap discussions

Technology & Technical Product Solution Selling

Lead client conversations aligned to technology product focus areas:

  • Customer Experience (CX) transformation
  • Digital experience platforms and orchestration
  • Data, analytics, AI and personalization
  • Engineering services, including application modernization, cloud, and digital product engineering

Translate automotive business challenges into value-based technology solutions tied to growth, efficiency, and customer experience outcomes

Automotive Sector Expertise

Maintain strong understanding of automotive enterprise priorities across:

  • Customer operations and experience transformation
  • Digital platforms and data ecosystems
  • Engineering and modernization initiatives

Stay current on industry and technology trends and convert insights into scalable sales plays

Internal Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with solution architects, SMEs, delivery leaders, and partner teams
  • Contribute to sector GTM strategy, sales plays, and pursuit development
  • Enable account teams with technology insights and sales support

MUST HAVE Qualifications

Experience

  • 6-8+ years of experience in CX technology, digital, or services sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Proven experience selling CX, digital experience, data & analytics, AI or engineering services
  • Experience working with automotive enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated success influencing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Skills & Capabilities

  • Executive presence with strong storytelling and advisory skills
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed environment across multiple pursuits
  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and deal orchestration
  • Clear understanding of how technology drives business outcomes in automotive

The base salary range for this position is $140000- $180000, plus commission incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
