Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in the execution of a multi‑year global transformation program. The successful candidate will serve as a supportive hand for users to guide them through this change by running both formal and informal training for existing and new users. Through these interactions the Training and Development Specialist stays abreast of user needs in a detailed way, bringing those needs back to the team, QA‑ing features and fixes, and overall being a positive and productive presence to help ensure staff are getting ever‑increasing satisfaction and value from the organization's CRM systems. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Training and Learning Development for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative.

Your Responsibilities
  • Understand existing team and training processes to develop, track, and maintain a formalized training program for new users and users transitioning into new roles.
  • Create, track, and execute training programs to refresh and enhance system skills for existing users.
  • Understand the range of CRM functionality and implement methods to monitor usage and proactively identify gaps requiring additional training or support.
  • Partner closely with super‑users across departments to assess, understand, and address training needs related to system adoption and usage.
  • Design and develop high‑quality training materials.
  • Facilitate co‑creation sessions with key stakeholders to translate business process and system changes into clear learning content.
  • Partner closely with value stream leads and SMEs to validate the accuracy of training materials.
  • Manage content creation and approval timelines, ensuring readiness for deployment.
The Essentials – You Will Have A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adult education, preferably within technical initiatives.
  • A strong background in training and development with a focus on technical systems and tools.
  • Prior experience supporting technical product implementations or system integrations.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have Familiarity with Salesforce content management and relationship management.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPTM, or CIT.
