Job OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Reporting role is a specialized pharmaceutical finance position focused on reporting gross sales and net revenue by forecasting, analyzing, and accounting for all commercial and government rebates and deductions. ResponsibilitiesGTN Forecasting & Revenue ManagementManage end-to-end GTN forecasting processes for generic pharmaceutical portfolios, and analyze gross sales to determine accurate net sales projectionsBuild accrual models for Chargebacks, Medicaid, rebates, and Wholesaler fees, Returns reserve, and Distribution service agreements, Price protectionTransactional Validation skills to mitigate revenue leakage and customer deduction management, and soft skills on dispute resolutions with customers.Skilled in analyzing customer agreements to mitigate revenue leakages and duplicate promotional discounts.Identifying process gaps and implementing internal controls, assessing current workflows, finding points of failure, and installing safeguards. Strong background in managing complex GTN deductions, including chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid, admin fees, returns, and price protection programs. Skilled in variance analysis and cross-functional business partnering with Pricing, Contracts, Market Access, Commercial, and Government Pricing teamsStrong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with peers and upper managementOutstanding Excel and data analytics skillsSelf-reliant, problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvementStrong financial, analytical, and technical accounting skills with the ability to provide effective financial analysis and insight of implications of operational trends.
