This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of AV and video conferencing technology refresh projects globally. It involves defining scope, managing cross-functional teams and vendors, managing budgets and schedules, incorporating standards into decision-making, and ensuring successful deployment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in AV program management, a deep understanding of AV technologies, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on AV technology deployments.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of current and emerging AV technologies, including video conferencing systems, display technologies, audio systems, and control systems.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex technology projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and validating vendor proposals.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
