About the Role
YOU GET TO:

• Work with the marketing team to grow the Wis-Pak Brands through digital advertising
• Monitor the Wis-Pak Brand social media pages
• Help develop and create engaging content for social platforms
• Assist the social team with brand partnerships
• Work with influencers, student athletes, and campus ambassadors
• Help the shipping team with influencer gifting
• Monitor social media channels for emerging trends
• Respond to consumer comments, messages, and feedback
• Direct consumer interaction through events
• Other Duties as Assigned

What We're Looking For

• Studied or currently studying marketing, design, communications, new media, consumer behavior, or similar field of study.
• Passion for digital marketing and social media
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Threads, and YouTube) and trends that occur on each platform
• Basic analytical skills to interpret social media data
• Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Outlook and Google Drive
• Customer service experience
• Time management skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A flexible schedule
