Responsibilities:
  • Scout and deploy advanced manufacturing technologies that improve operational capability and support long-term plant competitiveness.
  • Justify and prioritize capital investments through data-driven analysis of cost, capacity, quality, and risk.
  • Own supplier engagement and equipment acquisition, from concept development through technical selection and purchase.
  • Lead cross-functional implementation of new technology, including installation, validation, and production ramp-up. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to project team members. Communicate promptly with all relevant stakeholders if timeline or cost associated with project deviates from approved plan.
  • Standardize and sustain manufacturing innovation by documenting best practices, training teams, and building future-ready processes.
  • Establish process and equipment standards; support manufacturing readiness and change management.
  • Lead process validation and performance qualification; Analyze performance data and drive optimization.
  • Assist in development and maintain the advanced manufacturing technology roadmap. Provide engineering expertise and support to production site as required.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience successfully managing and leading engineering projects to launch technology in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment.
  • University degree (technical background) preferred.
  • Demonstrated progression in technical field during career.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Technical aptitude in industrial robotics, cobots, AMR / AGV, and industrial automation required. Injection molding / plastics background useful.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad and SolidWorks.
  • Desire to work in a role that blends hands-on technical knowledge and project management skills.
  • Must have excellent time management skills, and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% (including Global).

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 USD annually. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
