Location: Roanoke

Position Overview
  • Seeking Board-Certified Neonatologist (MD/DO)
  • Leadership Role: Practice Medical Director

Clinical Scope
  • NICU Level: IIIB (60 beds)
  • Annual Admissions: ~625
  • Advanced Therapies:
    • High-frequency ventilation
    • Nitric oxide therapy
  • Work with multidisciplinary pediatric subspecialists including maternal-fetal medicine & pediatric surgery
Leadership & Academic Responsibilities
  • Serve as Practice Medical Director overseeing clinical operations & provider performance
  • Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
