Job Description SummaryThe International Clinical Education & Strategy CVUS manager is responsible for defining and executing the clinical education and alignment strategy across regions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role ensures strong clinical differentiation of the product portfolio through effective education programs, thirdparty partnerships, and close alignment with Marketing on competitive positioning to maximize sales effectiveness and win rate. the clinical education manager reports to the CVUS GM International.

Le/La Responsable International(e) de la Formation Clinique et de la Strategie CVUS est charge(e) de definir et de deployer la strategie internationale de formation clinique et d'alignement, en etroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires externes.
Ce role garantit une forte differenciation clinique du portefeuille produits grace a des programmes de formation efficaces, des partenariats avec des tiers et un alignement etroit avec le Marketing sur le positionnement concurrentiel, afin de maximiser l'efficacite commerciale et le taux de concretisation des ventes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Education & International Clinical Management

  • Define and lead the international clinical education strategy across regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities.

  • Develop, deploy, and continuously optimize clinical education programs addressing customer needs, care pathways, and evolving clinical practices.

  • Coordinate and align regional clinical leaders to ensure consistent execution of clinical education initiatives at international level.

  • Monitor clinical education outcomes and leverage insights to improve adoption, customer engagement, and clinical confidence.

ThirdParty & Industry Partnerships

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with thirdparty organizations, including medical device companies, education providers, and clinical institutions.

  • Codevelop joint educational initiatives, clinical programs, and content to enhance clinical credibility and market impact.

  • Ensure all partnerships comply with regulatory, ethical, and company standards while delivering measurable value.

Clinical Alignment with Marketing & Competitive Strategy

  • Act as the clinical partner to the Marketing Director and Marketing teams to ensure strong clinical alignment in gotomarket strategies.

  • Lead clinical input into competitive analysis, translating market and competitor insights into clear clinical value propositions.

  • Adapt and validate battle cards and competitive tools by integrating clinical arguments aligned to competitive products and customer decision drivers.

  • Support the optimization of win rate by ensuring sales teams are equipped with clinically relevant, differentiated, and credible competitive messaging.

CrossFunctional Collaboration & Strategy Execution

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to ensure clinical insights are integrated into product positioning, roadmap discussions, and launch strategies.

  • Communicate and monitor the execution and alignment of clinical strategies across international regions and zones.

  • Provide regular feedback to senior leadership on clinical priorities, competitive landscape, and education performance.

Qualifications

  • Senior profile with an experience in the medical industry

  • Experience in ultrasound & Cardiology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of time

  • Valid motor vehicle license

  • Experience with interfacing with both internal team members, external customers and industrial group

  • Working level English

  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives

  • Direct customer relationship experience

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across a distributed workforce

Formation clinique et management clinique international

  • Definir et piloter la strategie internationale de formation clinique a travers les regions, en garantissant la coherence, la qualite et l'alignement avec les priorites business.

  • Developper, deployer et optimiser en continu des programmes de formation clinique repondant aux besoins des clients, aux parcours de soins et a l'evolution des pratiques cliniques.

  • Coordonner et aligner les responsables cliniques regionaux afin d'assurer une execution coherente des initiatives de formation clinique au niveau international.

  • Suivre les resultats des actions de formation clinique et exploiter les retours pour ameliorer l'adoption, l'engagement des clients et la confiance clinique.

Partenariats tiers et partenariats industriels

  • Etablir et gerer des partenariats strategiques avec des organisations tierces, notamment des fabricants de dispositifs medicaux, des organismes de formation et des institutions cliniques.

  • Codevelopper des initiatives educatives conjointes, des programmes cliniques et des contenus visant a renforcer la credibilite clinique et l'impact marche.

  • S'assurer que tous les partenariats respectent les exigences reglementaires, ethiques et les standards de l'entreprise, tout en generant une valeur mesurable.

Alignement clinique avec le marketing et la strategie concurrentielle

  • Agir en tant que partenaire clinique du/de la Directeur(trice) Marketing et des equipes marketing afin d'assurer un fort alignement clinique des strategies de mise sur le marche.

  • Piloter l'apport clinique aux analyses concurrentielles et traduire les informations marche et concurrentielles en propositions de valeur clinique claires.

  • Adapter et valider les battle cards et outils concurrentiels en integrant des arguments cliniques alignes sur les produits concurrents et les criteres de decision des clients.

  • Contribuer a l'optimisation du taux de gain en dotant les equipes commerciales de messages concurrentiels cliniquement pertinents, differenciants et credibles.

Collaboration transverse et execution de la strategie

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes Ventes, Marketing, Gestion de Produits et R&D afin d'integrer les retours cliniques dans le positionnement produit, les discussions de roadmap et les strategies de lancement.

  • Communiquer et suivre l'execution et l'alignement des strategies cliniques a travers les regions et zones internationales.

  • Fournir regulierement a la direction des retours sur les priorites cliniques, le paysage concurrentiel et la performance des actions de formation.

Qualifications requises

  • Une certaine seniorite dans l'industrie du medical

  • Experience en echographie et en cardiologie

  • Excellentes competences de communication ecrites et orales

  • Excellentes competences organisationnelles

  • Disponibilite et capacite a voyager jusqu'a 50 % du temps

  • Permis de conduire valide

  • Experience d'interaction avec des equipes internes, des clients externes et des groupes industriels

  • Anglais professionnel courant

  • Capacite a developper et executer plusieurs priorites et approches pour atteindre les objectifs

  • Experience averee de relation directe avec les clients

  • Capacite demontree a communiquer efficacement au sein d'une organisation distribuee

Annual Salary Range: 70.400,00 EUR - 96,800.00 EUR
