Une exploration de la relation de vente a travers la vente personnalisee, le client, et les strategies de "produit", s'appliquant a la fois aux produits tangibles et aux services fondes sur le savoir. Developpement des affaires a partir de references; composition de la force de vente et des canaux de distribution; positionnement organisationnel, developpement de carriere du directeur des ventes et fonctions cles liees au role. Analyse de la force de vente. Les equipes d'etudiants appliquent les acquis du cours en s'engageant aupres d'une organisation-cliente dans un projet de developpement des ventes.

Requirements:

Doit avoir un MBA ou une maitrise (preferablement un doctorat) directement reliee au domaine du cours. Doit aussi demontrer une experience professionnelle recente reliee au domaine du cours; ou doit avoir un baccalaureat canadien ou son equivalent international ainsi qu'une designation professionnelle (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter a : CPA, CFA, PMI, CMC, CRHA, CHE) incluant une formation en gestion ou une formation professionnelle substantielle. Doit aussi avoir fait preuve d'une experience (normalement de 5 ans) dans des responsabilites en gestion et en leadership et d'une progression de carriere; ou exceptionnellement, sous reserve de l'approbation du directeur ou de la directrice du programme, doit avoir une formation en gestion ou une formation professionnelle substantielle. Doit aussi avoir fait preuve d'experience (normalement de 10 ans) dans des responsabilites en gestion et en leadership et d'une progression de carriere.

La preference sera donnee aux candidats ayant une experience averee dans l'elaboration de strategies de marketing et de vente.
