What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager, you need a solid background in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and analytics, often supported by a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify or Magento), CRM systems, and digital advertising tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager is essential. Strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities help you stand out in this role. These skills ensure successful customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in a rapidly evolving digital marketplace.

What is a Direct To Consumer (DTC) job?

A Direct To Consumer (DTC) job involves working for a company that sells products or services directly to customers, bypassing traditional retail channels or intermediaries. These roles can span marketing, e-commerce, customer support, logistics, and more, all with the goal of delivering a seamless and personalized experience from brand to buyer.

We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOXโ€™s unparalleled content portfolio, news, sports, and entertainment, directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content, and built with the full support of Fox Corporation, this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. Weโ€™re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision, and weโ€™re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Direct-to-Consumer Talent Acquisition team.

This role is at the center of the candidate and hiring manager experience. You will coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple locations, including Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, and Tempe, AZ, while managing interview logistics, supporting new hire onboarding, and helping ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and care.

A major part of this role will be developing, organizing, and hosting monthly onsite sourcing events in Tempe. You will partner with recruiters, hiring teams, HR, facilities, security, and business leaders to create organized, high-energy recruiting events that introduce candidates to FOX and help build stronger local talent pipelines.

This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting recruiting operations in a fast-moving environment, including scheduling, candidate communication, process updates, and system administration as needed.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Own interview coordination for the Direct-to-Consumer division, including Zoom, onsite, and multi-panel interviews

Manage onsite interview logistics in LA, NYC, and Tempe, including room reservations, candidate instructions, parking and security details, visitor access, interviewer schedules, and day-of support

Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule interviews quickly, accurately, and with clear communication

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify event themes, target talent audiences, business participation, and follow-up plans

Manage event logistics, including room setup, attendee tracking, communications, materials, signage, check-in, and post-event follow-up

Track event outcomes, including attendee volume, candidate leads, conversion to interviews, and hires

Build repeatable event playbooks, templates, checklists, and communications to make monthly sourcing events easier to scale

Support offer-to-start coordination and new hire handoffs in partnership with recruiters and HR

Support recruiting administration, candidate updates, interview process tracking, and other coordination workflows in Workday as needed

Look for ways to improve coordination workflows, candidate communication, sourcing event execution, and the Tempe new hire experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week onsite in Tempe, AZ

2 years experience in a coordinator, sales, recruiting, or event coordination role

Strong calendar management experience

Experience supporting virtual interviews through Zoom, Teams, or similar video platforms

Experience coordinating events, orientations, or customer-facing programs or high-touch experience

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service mindset with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires

Comfort supporting recruiting operations and system-related tasks as part of day-to-day coordination work

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to create structure, checklists, templates, and repeatable processes

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday), HR systems, or recruiting tools

Experience supporting technology, product, engineering, media, streaming, or digital teams

Experience planning recruiting events, hiring days, open houses, networking events, or networking programs
