ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Direct-to-Consumer Talent Acquisition team.

This role is at the center of the candidate and hiring manager experience. You will coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple locations, including Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, and Tempe, AZ, while managing interview logistics, supporting new hire onboarding, and helping ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and care.

A major part of this role will be developing, organizing, and hosting monthly onsite sourcing events in Tempe. You will partner with recruiters, hiring teams, HR, facilities, security, and business leaders to create organized, high-energy recruiting events that introduce candidates to FOX and help build stronger local talent pipelines.

This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting recruiting operations in a fast-moving environment, including scheduling, candidate communication, process updates, and system administration as needed.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Own interview coordination for the Direct-to-Consumer division, including Zoom, onsite, and multi-panel interviews

Manage onsite interview logistics in LA, NYC, and Tempe, including room reservations, candidate instructions, parking and security details, visitor access, interviewer schedules, and day-of support

Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule interviews quickly, accurately, and with clear communication

Schedule and support interview debriefs, as needed

Serve as the primary coordination point of contact for DTC candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters

Develop, organize, and host monthly onsite sourcing events in Tempe

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify event themes, target talent audiences, business participation, and follow-up plans

Manage event logistics, including room setup, attendee tracking, communications, materials, signage, check-in, and post-event follow-up

Track event outcomes, including attendee volume, candidate leads, conversion to interviews, and hires

Build repeatable event playbooks, templates, checklists, and communications to make monthly sourcing events easier to scale

Support offer-to-start coordination and new hire handoffs in partnership with recruiters and HR

Support recruiting administration, candidate updates, interview process tracking, and other coordination workflows in Workday as needed

Look for ways to improve coordination workflows, candidate communication, sourcing event execution, and the Tempe new hire experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week onsite in Tempe, AZ

2 years experience in a coordinator, sales, recruiting, or event coordination role

Strong calendar management experience

Experience supporting virtual interviews through Zoom, Teams, or similar video platforms

Experience coordinating events, orientations, or customer-facing programs or high-touch experience

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service mindset with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires

Comfort supporting recruiting operations and system-related tasks as part of day-to-day coordination work

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to create structure, checklists, templates, and repeatable processes

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday), HR systems, or recruiting tools

Experience supporting technology, product, engineering, media, streaming, or digital teams

Experience planning recruiting events, hiring days, open houses, networking events, or networking programs
