Role Description This full-time, on-site Direct Support Professional role is located in Willis, TX. The Direct Support Professional provides daily support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal care, household tasks, and community-based activities. Responsibilities include helping individuals develop life skills, supporting participation in programs and outings, and following individualized support plans. The role involves monitoring safety, documenting services provided, and communicating observations to supervisors and team members.
