Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Ashtabula County Residential Services โ€“ Conneaut, OH

Ashtabula County Residential Services is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team. If you are looking for steady hours, strong pay, and meaningful work, this is the opportunity for you.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and hygiene
  • Support meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks
  • Encourage participation in community activities and recreation
  • Promote independence through skill-building and person-centered care
  • Complete documentation and required reports
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment
Available Shifts:

Full-Time:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM
  • Nights (weekdays + every other weekend)

Part-Time:

  • Every other weekend
    • Saturday amp; Sunday | 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM

Qualifications:
  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Ability to pass background checks, physical, drug test and required training
  • Dependable with reliable attendance
  • Able to assist with lifting, bending, and physical support
