for Direct Support Staff/Registered Behavior Tech

Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives? SanZie Healthcare Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client's ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you!
Hours
  • Monday through Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM
  • Weekends: Flexible for community outings
  • Note: During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PM

Salary Range
$14.00 per hour
Total Hours
Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care.
  • Domestic Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises.
  • Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.
  • Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns.
  • Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Current TB test.
  • Excellent communication skills.
