We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Taunton, MA. The DSP will provide essential support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Two years’ experience working with people with disabilities preferred
  • Safe driving record, current driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current motor vehicle liability insurance required
  • Ability to successfully pass all background checks.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
