We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all residents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support, including medical and behavioral needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
