Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation

  • Support clients in achieving individualized goals outlined in their service plans

  • Accompany clients to community outings, recreational activities, appointments, and social events

  • Teach and reinforce independent living skills, communication skills, and community integration

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment

  • Complete accurate daily documentation, progress notes, and required reports

  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications & Requirements:
