Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide non-medical in-home care and support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Our Care Professionals play a vital role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities:Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Monitor and report changes in client condition or concerns to the office.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Follow all agency policies, procedures, and client care plans.

Qualifications:Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and any required screenings.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
