We're looking for a Last Mile Transportation Planner

What You'll Do

  • Manage last mile delivery planningfor 120-180 stores, ensuringtimely,cost-effective executionaligned withservice levelandbudget targets.

  • Oversee daily transportation flowsusingTMSandtracking systems, resolving issues and maintainingdelivery compliance.

  • Optimize delivery routes and performanceusingGPS,routing software, anddata analyticsto reduce costs and improve visibility.

  • Align resourceswith forecasted volumes and leadstrategic planning, especially duringpeak seasons, to support store operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionallywithStore Operations,Loss Prevention, andDistribution Servicesto driveoperational improvements.

  • Leadcontinuous improvement initiatives, manageescalations, enforcesafety compliance, and monitorcarrier performanceagainstSLAs.

About You

  • 2-3 years of experienceinlogistics,supply chain,transportation,dispatching, or a related field; experience inbusinessorengineeringis an asset.

  • Post-secondary educationinBusiness,Transportation,Logistics, orSupply Chain Managementpreferred;CITTorP.Log. designationis a plus.

  • Strongproblem-solving skillswith the ability to analyze complex variables and develop effective solutions.

  • Proven ability toinfluence stakeholdersand buildcollaborative relationshipsacross teams.

  • Excellenttime management skillswith the ability toprioritizeand managemultiple taskseffectively.

  • Proficiency inTMS,dispatch and fleet management software; experience withWMSandnetwork optimization toolsis an asset.

  • Experience with Blue Yonder is a great asset.

  • Solidcomputer skills, includingExcel,Word, andPowerPoint.
