We’re excited to be expanding our in-home services and are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. We are currently hiring Supported Services Professionals in Kearney, NE to join our growing team.


What You’ll Do

As a Supported Services Professional, you’ll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in both in-home and community settings. You’ll support individuals in achieving their goals and living meaningful lives by assisting with daily living activities and skill development. Professionalism is essential, as you’ll be entering the homes of those we support.


Hours
  • Evening shifts with every other weekend required. Ability to flex hours is not a requirement although preferred as some hours may vary based on individual's needs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting pay is $17 per hour. We pay more for direct experience.

  • Candidates with prior experience and a valid CNA license are eligible for higher compensation based on qualifications
