As Campus Director, you will play a central leadership role in guiding campus performance, supporting student success, and strengthening the connection between education and career outcomes. You will work across campus functions to foster accountability, build a strong team culture, and ensure the campus operates effectively in support of both academic and business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily campus operations to improve student outcomes and business performance.
  • Manage campus budgets, payroll, and operational efficiency against financial targets.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing campus team.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, state, and federal education regulations.
  • Build community and industry partnerships to strengthen campus visibility and placement outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing campus operations.
  • Experience managing staff performance, coaching team members, and supporting a high-performing staff culture.
  • Experience improving or overseeing student outcomes.
  • Experience with budget management and payroll oversight in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and state and federal education regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with staff and community partners.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Holding a teacher's license in Cosmetology or Esthetics in the state of Illinois is a plus.
