9525 US Highway 64, Memphis, Tennessee 38002Job DescriptionThe Lead Housekeeper shall be responsible for the day to day oversight of the housekeeping department, including completing housekeeping schedules, as well as cleaning common living areas and resident apartments in the community.Provide supervision and training for housekeeping staff dailyComplete housekeeping work schedulesAssist with finding coverage for staff call-outsOversee cleaning of the entire facility, with particular emphasis on the common areas and the apartment bathroomsComplete maintenance request reports when neededReport deterioration or damage to the building and furnishings to housekeeping supervisorOperate the laundry equipment when neededReport inadequate quantities of all supplies needed to perform duties to Maintenance DirectorUse only approved cleaning products and ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly stored at all timesClean office areas when assignedDust and clean all window blinds in the communityDust all furniture, book shelves, etc. in resident apartments and common areasVacuum common areas and resident apartmentsKeep common area and resident bathrooms cleanClean apartments at resident move-outAttend required in-services and staff meetingsMaintain resident privacy/confidentiality at all times.
