As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough virtual assessments to understand the psychological and emotional needs of your clients.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic support through teletherapy sessions, utilizing platforms specifically designed for secure and effective communication.
• Designing personalized treatment plans that outline client goals, interventions, and expected outcomes, and regularly tracking the client's progress to ensure effective treatment.
• Serving as a guide and advocate for your clients, helping them navigate challenges related to mental health, school performance, and personal issues.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of students, ensuring a consistent approach to their care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

You will primarily work with children and adolescents within a school-based framework, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. By focusing on this specific population, you will play a crucial role in promoting mental well-being and fostering resilience among students, which directly contributes to their academic success and personal development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.
• At least two years of direct client-facing experience, preferably in a school or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual platforms for therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• A detail-oriented approach, ensuring comprehensive case notes and treatment documentation.

Experience working with youth in educational settings, proficiency in trauma-informed care practices, and familiarity with the unique challenges students face in today’s educational landscape will be highly advantageous. A background in crisis intervention and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also encouraged.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
