Compensation:
  1. Salary: $15.15 - $19.71/hr based on experience
  2. Shift Differentials - $.25 - Night Shift
  3. Shift Differentials - $.75 - Evening Shift
  4. Extra $2.50/hr instead of benefits
  5. $2,500 sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene
  2. Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
  3. Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed
  4. Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
  5. Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
  6. Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
  7. Participate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staff
Qualifications:
  1. Current Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) certification in the state of Alabama
  2. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic
