A multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, social workers, and direct care staff collaborates to equip youth with practical skills for navigating life’s challenges. Through individualized treatment plans, evidence‑based interventions, and culturally inclusive practices, East Valley CHARLEE empowers clients to build resilience and strengthen relationships. The agency is grounded in the values of community, inclusivity, and consistent support to help transform lives.

Role Description The Direct Care Staff role is a part‑time, on‑site position located in Yucaipa, CA. Direct Care Staff members provide daily supervision, support, and guidance to youth in the residential program, helping maintain a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plan interventions, facilitating skill‑building and recreational activities, and modeling positive, trauma‑informed behavior. This role also involves monitoring and documenting client behavior, completing required reports, and communicating observations to the clinical and supervisory team. Qualifications
