About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Care Professional to join our team. As a Direct Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their safety, health, and well-being. Your role will be critical in helping our clients achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, preemployment physical and TB test
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Experience with behavior management techniques
  • Experience with electronic health records

Responsibilities:
