We are searching for compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Professionals to work with adults with disabilities in group homes and the community. The following shifts are available.

  • Part Time / Full Time / Per Diem
  • First Shift / Second Shift / Overnights
  • Weekends

Job Duties: Provide the highest quality of service to the individuals served. Implement, document, and follow each individual's overall plan of service. Assist individuals with their daily living skills and ensure adherence with activity schedule (this may include cooking, cleaning, outings). Provide support for development, maintenance, or enhancement of independent functioning skills in the area of sensory-motor, cognition, personal care, hygiene, etc. Participate in development and implementation of the Overall Plan of Service for the individuals, completing all required documentation. Must be able to use personal vehicle for transporting individuals to outings or medical appointments (mileage is reimbursed on a biweekly basis).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
  • At least one year of experience working as a caregiver or with individuals with disabilities. (Required)
  • Must have current CPR/First Aid, PMT and DDS MedCert.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and registered vehicle with insurance.
  • Must have a good driving record and and be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to read and write effectively.
