We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our team at Chick‑fil‑A Victor (set to open in Fall 2026). This "hands‑on" management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly‑esteemed restaurant chain in the nation. This leadership opportunity provides autonomy, allowing you to take ownership in generating results and impacting the lives of both your team and guests. You will work alongside a successful Franchisee while receiving unprecedented support from one of the most successful brands in the country.

Please note: when hired you will train and work for Chick‑fil‑A Irondequoit (1115 E Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14621) until the location in Victor is opened (late Fall 2026).

Position Overview

The Chick‑fil‑A Manager plays a critical role in leading the team, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. All Managers are responsible for producing a dining experience for Chick‑fil‑A guests that embodies genuine hospitality, high quality/safe food and ensures fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.
