24 hour Position - must be able to work weekends
schedule: 10:30am-6:30pm

Requirements
As a part of the Dining Team, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior service to our residents and guests.
  • Provide support to all dining venues including The Pub, Bistro and Center Stage Restaurant.
  • Provide table side service at Center Stage .
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, safe, and inviting
  • Knowledge of Menu items and ingredients.
  • Attend to all guest needs, allergies, special dietary requests
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Show teamwork within front/ back of house.
  • Consistently demonstrate a passion for food and hospitality.
  • Have the ability to learn and address the residents by their names.
  • Assist with dishwashing and food preparation, when needed.
  • Assist with set up and break down of special events.
  • Provide service at special events.

Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of one year experience in the food or hospitality industry or a strong customer service background.
  • The ability to be adaptable to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of different hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
