Job description

Join the Team at DIME Industries

DIME Industries is growing fast, and we are looking for the right person to jump in and help keep our operation running at a high level.

We are not looking for someone who wants to coast. We are looking for someone dependable, sharp, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that moves with urgency and takes pride in getting the job done right.

If you like staying busy, wearing multiple hats, and being part of a fast-paced environment where your work actually matters, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

Our Operations Support Associate is a key part of the team. This is a hands-on position supporting warehouse, production, office, delivery, and event operations. One day you might be helping prep orders and organize inventory, the next you might be supporting an event or jumping in on deliveries.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, reliable, and ready to do whatever it takes to help the team win.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

You will support daily warehouse tasks like intaking merchandise and updating inventory, restocking, sorting and organizing field materials, and making sure things stay accurate and on track.

You will help with production tasks including cart filling, labeling, prepping orders, and keeping partner workspaces clean and organized.

You will assist with deliveries and provide event support including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and on-site brand representation.

You will also jump in wherever needed across operations, because that is how strong teams work.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can keep up, stay organized, and bring a great attitude to the job every day.

The right candidate likely has 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, production, or event support and knows how to work in a fast-moving environment without needing to be babysat.

You should be dependable, self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and follow-through matter here.

You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and have a valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.

What Youโ€™ll Get

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Syracuse warehouse and office, with a 40-hour work week.

Pay starts at $25 per hour, depending on experience.

We also offer a benefits package and real opportunity for growth with a company that is building momentum and expanding fast.

Why DIME

At DIME, we care about people who show up, work hard, stay hungry, and take pride in being part of something bigger. We move fast, we stay scrappy, and we hold a high bar.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. It is for someone who wants to join a winning team, make an impact, and grow with a company that is on the move.

DIME Industries is building something big. If you are reliable, motivated, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
