 Position Overview:
Meet and collaborate with prospective homeowners with the objective of meeting their painting needs, providing them an estimate, and building customers for life.  Perform client consultations, accurate estimates, and detailed proposals to ensure our painting team is set up for success.  This position requires extensive company provided training during the six months to one year.  We provide a salary plus commissions during training with a transition to commission only.
 
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide on-site and remote one-on-one customer consultations.
  •  Create a customized and detailed proposal for customers based on their project needs.
  •  Complete ongoing customer communications and diligent follow up.
  •  Maintain documentation of current activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Prepare weekly analysis of results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with coach/mentor.
  •  Diligent Customer Follow-Up & Follow Through
  •  Ensure that our customers’ needs, and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.
  •  Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieving sales goals.
  •  Develop a close working relationship with the Office Associate, the Production Associate, and the Job Site Supervisor to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met.
  • Although primary focus of this position is on residential clients, you are not limited and some commercial is expected.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in related field (preferred but not required)
  •  Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Customer sales and/or estimation services (preferred) 
  • Track-Record as a Top Performer (preferred)
  • History of accomplishments and promotions
  • Working knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings and other construction (preferred)
  • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Word/Excel helpful.
  • Goal oriented, organized and energetic
