We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville, United States location (816 Eastern Pkwy). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering products to our valued customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role offers the perfect opportunity to work independently while maintaining strong connections with our community. We're seeking someone who is friendly, diligent, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional customer experience on every delivery.
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and map applications to optimize delivery times
  • Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and patience
  • Complete cash and digital transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of all deliveries
  • Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
  • Lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs. safely and securely
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interaction
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and deadlines
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary

Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Proof of current Liability Insurance
  • Reliable, well-maintained vehicle in good working condition

  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
