Bookkeeper
About the Company:

Our client is looking for a focused and diligent Bookkeeper to join their family-owned, family-oriented company. Recognized for their superior performance and innovation, our client is committed to giving their best to their community and their employees. Overview of the Bookkeeper role:

  • Process accounts payable/accounts receivable
  • Weekly Payroll
  • Month-end close duties include journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements
  • Annual Insurance Renewal

Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper position:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounting role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Team player, accuracy and time management skills are a must!
  • Experience with Sage Pro and ADP is a plus!

Salary: $55,000-70,000
