We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville, United States location (816 Eastern Pkwy). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering products to our valued customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.   • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and map applications to optimize delivery times
  • Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and patience
  • Complete cash and digital transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of all deliveries
  • Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
  • Lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs. safely and securely
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interaction
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and deadlines
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary
Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Proof of current Liability Insurance
  • Reliable, well-maintained vehicle in good working condition
  • Ability to follow directions and navigate routes effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic math and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
