Your Impact:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Logistics Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Event Marketing Team with tradeshow event operations, inventory management, and logistics planning. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and contribute to the success of Formlabs tradeshows and events.
If you are excited about creating organizational tools and streamlining processes that help us collaborate with even more people and support our event programming, we want you as an Event Logistics Intern.
Internship Term: Fall 2026 (August through December 18, 2026)
Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Onsite in Somerville, MA (in-person)
What You'll Do:
  • Full ownership to reorganize and optimize event storage and inventory assets in HQ and our event agency
  • Support event logistics planning, including booth shipping, inventory management and event setup
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and facilities team to align on shipping schedules and event setup
  • Curate, procure, and manage physical and digital assets used in events
  • Support all other Marketing / Sales Teams with the logistics of special projects

About You:
  • Previous strong record of campus involvement
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and learning
  • Physical Requirement:
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have:
  • 3D Printing experience or interest in learning
  • Experience with inventory management software and CRM programs
  • Knowledge of event planning tools and CAD software

Compensation
Interns at Formlabs are paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule. The pay range for this role will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization. This is a salaried role, so you will always be paid based on the assumed 40 hours per week as a full-time intern. This position does not offer housing or relocation assistance.
The bi-weekly pay range for this role is:
$1,000-$1,250 USD
