Looking to take your Physical Therapy career to paradise? We’re actively hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health for a 13-week contract in beautiful Kāne‘ohe, Hawaii with ASAP starts!
Location: Kāne‘ohe, HI
Duration: 13 Weeks (ASAP)
Pay Rate: $62 – $70/hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.43 per mile
Home Health Physical Therapy visits
Productivity expectation: 25 points per week
Work independently while delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting
Documentation using Homecare Home Base & OASIS
2+ years of PT experience – Required
1+ year of Home Health PT experience – Required
Hawaii State PT License – Required (Documented)
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy – Required
Master’s Degree – Preferred
Homecare Home Base & OASIS experience – Required
BLS (AHA) & CPR Certification – Required
Travel experience – Preferred
