  • Define strategies for ingesting, chunking, contextualizing, and governing enterprise content to ensure AI systems retrieve accurate, trusted, and current information.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineering, Data and Analytics, software engineering, and vendor teams to improve retrieval quality, relevance, grounding, citation accuracy, and user experience.
  • Lead the development of AI agents that use enterprise knowledge to support troubleshooting, technical assistance, and information discovery.
  • Define and monitor performance measures such as answer quality, query success rates, citation accuracy, user satisfaction, productivity, and service effectiveness.

  • Lead organizational adoption of AI-assisted knowledge delivery and establish feedback loops with technicians, dealers, support teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging AI search and enterprise AI platform technologies.
  • Own and manage the budget for related AI productivity initiatives, including forecasting, spending optimization, and measurement of return on investment.

Desired Competencies:
  • Technical / Functional Expertise: You apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise.
  • Business Acumen: You understand how your work impacts financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational goals, and you make decisions with the broader business context in mind.
  • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience within IT.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise technology transformation, digital workplace, or product or program management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience owning and executing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing AI, search, knowledge management, or data-centric products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Technical experience with large language models, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, Python, and AI-powered information retrieval.
  • Experience measuring and optimizing AI solution quality through retrieval evaluation, grounding, citation accuracy, and user-feedback mechanisms.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, security, and compliance requirements within enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing product vision and roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business value.
  • Experience leading organizational change, driving user adoption, managing stakeholders, and communicating with executive and end-user audiences.
  • Experience owning budgets and developing business cases with measurable return on investment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site work environment: three days in the office and two flexible days. In-office days determined by management.
