We are looking for an ultra-creative content creator to join our growing social media team. The Content Creator will concept, capture and edit social-first photo and video content for MassMedia and its diverse portfolio of clients. This person will work across industries and platforms, collaborating closely with our social media, creative, public relations, influencer and account services teams to bring client stories to life.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable filming a polished interview, capturing behind-the-scenes content at an event or quickly producing a trend-driven Reel or TikTok. This role requires someone who can move confidently from initial concept through production, editing and final delivery while maintaining each client’s distinct brand voice and visual identity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concept, capture and edit social-first photo and video content for MassMedia and its clients.
  • Produce short-form videos, interviews, event recaps, behind-the-scenes content, social ads and other digital assets.
  • Manage all stages of production, including planning, filming, lighting, audio, editing and final delivery.
  • Capture content using smartphones, mirrorless cameras and other production equipment.
  • Translate client goals and creative briefs into engaging, platform-native content.
  • Collaborate with social media, creative, public relations, influencer and account teams.
  • Attend client events, activations, grand openings and on-location shoots to capture content in real time.
  • Identify relevant social trends, formats and cultural moments.
  • Pitch proactive content ideas for MassMedia and its clients.
  • Adapt content across platforms while maintaining brand voice, visual identity and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple assignments, production schedules and deadlines across several client accounts.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics, including locations, talent, props and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain photo, video and creative assets.
  • Review content performance and apply insights to future creative work.
  • Support MassMedia’s social media and agency marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Professional experience creating social media, digital or branded content.
  • Strong portfolio featuring content personally concepted, filmed and edited.
  • Experience producing vertical video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Comfortable capturing high-quality photo and video using smartphones and professional cameras.
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar programs.
  • Working knowledge of lighting, audio, composition and production fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
  • Strong visual storytelling, creative concepting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Creative, collaborative, proactive and receptive to feedback.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations throughout the Las Vegas area.
  • Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays based on client needs.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, film, digital media, graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Agency experience, multi-client content production, live-event coverage, motion graphics and experience creating both organic and paid social content are a plus.
