  • Help lead technical planning and execution of digital-twin efforts in support of program objectives
  • Support development of digital-twin concepts, architectures, use cases, and technical roadmaps with engineering and program teams
  • Assist in adapting Peraton Labsโ€™ agentic AI and digital-twin capabilities to program-specific needs
  • Define component-level requirements derived from operational needs, systems-engineering objectives, system behaviors, and stakeholder priorities
  • Ensure compliance with model-interoperability approaches, data-exchange patterns, fidelity expectations, and integration guidance across digital-twin and simulation environments
  • Work with data, AI/ML, software, and systems-engineering teams to identify and integrate data sources, dependencies, model inputs and outputs, assumptions, and validation methods
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, sequencing concerns, integration challenges, and capability gaps associated with digital-twin development
  • Keep digital-twin efforts aligned with program objectives, MBSE practices, CTO advanced-analytics initiatives, and stakeholder needs
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; OR bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related field and 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; OR master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related field and 3+ years of experience in a systems engineering related field
  • Additional four (4) years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI; must maintain the clearance
  • 2+ years of experience applying MBSE in complex system environments
  • Experience developing and supporting systems-engineering processes across the full system lifecycle, including analysis, planning, design, development, deployment, integration, testing, or configuration of software
  • Expertise using the Cameo Systems Modeler suite of tools
  • Experience with MBSE validation suites
  • Experience generating documents or specifications directly from MBSE models
  • Experience with MBSE model federation
  • Experience developing MBSE style guides or modeling standards
