What You'll Do
The FVP Digital Transformation Office is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise digital vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with and enablement of FourLeaf's growth and strategic priorities. They will identify opportunities to differentiate the digital portfolio, strengthening competitive positioning and supporting market expansion.
The FVP will champion a member-centric digital ecosystem that enhances acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency while positioning FourLeaf as a leader in digital financial services. Serving as a strategic advisor and change agent, this role will identify emerging technologies, digital trends, and market opportunities, translating them into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and organizational value.

  • Enterprise Digital Strategy & Growth Leadership
    • Define and execute the enterprise digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with FourLeaf's strategic plan, business objectives, and growth initiatives.
    • Position digital capabilities as a strategic driver of acquisition, retention, relationship deepening, and market expansion.
    • Identify opportunities to differentiate FourLeaf's digital portfolio and strengthen competitive positioning within the banking marketplace.
    • Provide executive leadership and strategic guidance regarding digital innovation, transformation, and organizational modernization.
  • Digital Roadmap & Performance Optimization
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital roadmap that translates business priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
    • Drive continuous improvement of digital channels, including online banking, mobile banking, digital account opening, and other member-facing platforms.
    • Establish performance objectives and key metrics to increase digital engagement, traffic, conversion, adoption, and retention.
    • Ensure digital capabilities scale effectively to support future growth and evolving member expectations.
  • Business Case Development & Investment Governance
    • Develop and champion business cases that align digital investments with organizational priorities, financial objectives, and expected returns.
    • Establish governance frameworks to prioritize digital initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
    • Evaluate opportunities for technology modernization, automation, and digital innovation to maximize member value and operational efficiency.
    • Present recommendations and updates to executive leadership and governing committees regarding strategic digital investments and outcomes.
  • Digital Transformation & Organizational Change Leadership
    • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and operating models.
    • Oversee change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational readiness activities associated with digital initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, continuous improvement, and digital-first thinking throughout the team and organization.
    • Build strong partnerships across departments to drive alignment and successful implementation of transformation programs.
  • Digital Product, Technology & Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital transformation, product owner, and user experience professionals.
    • Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Oversee workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and performance management activities for the department.
    • Establish objectives, priorities, and performance expectations that drive high-quality execution and member-focused outcomes.
    • Develop organizational capabilities required to sustain a high-performing digital ecosystem.
  • Innovation, Emerging Technology & Vendor Management
    • Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, emerging technologies, and evolving member expectations to identify opportunities for innovation.
    • Evaluate, select, and manage strategic technology vendors, fintech partnerships, and digital solution providers.
    • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies that enhance member experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Serve as an internal thought leader on digital transformation and future-state business capabilities.
  • Digital Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure digital platforms, initiatives, and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
    • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Vendor Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and other control functions to identify and mitigate risk.
    • Oversee digital fraud prevention strategies and controls designed to safeguard members and organizational assets.
    • Promote a balanced approach to innovation that appropriately considers risk, security, resiliency, and regulatory requirements.
  • Executive Collaboration & Enterprise Leadership
    • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to enterprise-wide strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align digital priorities with organizational goals and member needs.
    • Influence stakeholders across the organization to drive consensus, accountability, and execution of transformational initiatives.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, strategic partnerships, and professional forums as appropriate.

Assets You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Field of Study: Technology, Digital Strategy, Business Administration/Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital strategy, transformation, or business innovation roles.
  • 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as both a strategic executive and hands-on transformation leader, with experience building digital capabilities, teams, governance frameworks, and operating models.
  • Proven experience translating enterprise strategy into practical, executable solutions through direct involvement in implementation, optimization, and change leadership.
  • Knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile technologies, analytics, UX design, digital marketing, and emerging financial technologies.
  • Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-level strategies that drive growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
  • Experience in website and digital applications development, digital banking, digital user experience and eCommerce.
  • Command in essential front end and web technologies such as HTML/XHTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience developing strategic presentations for executive leadership and Board of Directors.

The estimated base salary for this role is $190,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually. (FourLeaf Federal Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; voluntary benefit programs; a 401(k) plan with employer match; reimbursement and wellness programs; and an annual performance-based bonus.) In addition to the salary or hourly rate listed above there may be other compensation & benefits available.
