You’ll work closely with the Director of Digital Strategy & Fulfillment to optimize workflows, improve campaign performance, and enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll mentor and support a team of Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialists, ensuring they have the training, tools, and guidance needed to deliver top-tier results.

While leadership is a key focus of this role, you’ll also contribute directly to projects, refining strategies and implementing best practices where necessary. Your expertise will help drive results for clients, improve internal systems, and position the company for long-term scalability and success.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the fulfillment team, working closely with the Director of Digital Strategy & Fulfillment to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Oversee the fulfillment of digital marketing services, including SEO, website design, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Assist in developing and refining fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  
• Serve as a quality control checkpoint, reviewing deliverables to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with client goals.
• Act as a mentor and coach to Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialists, providing training, guidance, and constructive feedback to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with upper management to align digital strategy and fulfillment processes with company sales objectives and growth targets.
• Step in when needed to complete or optimize client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to keep the company’s service offerings at the cutting edge.
• Assist in resolving any client concerns related to fulfillment, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and professionally.

Must Have

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, web design, paid advertising, email marketing, or social media management.
• Strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing projects or small teams in a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of balancing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams, interact with clients, and align fulfillment efforts with company objectives.
