Job description

The Senior Digital Specialist, Website Administration is responsible for the management, governance, maintenance, optimization, and performance of Terracon's websites and digital properties. This role partners with marketing, communications, IT, and external vendors to ensure websites are accurate, secure, accessible, and aligned with business and brand objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience with website administration, content management systems, analytics, SEO, compatibility with email marketing systems and digital project coordination. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

This is a hybrid position based in Olathe, Kansas.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of website administration experience, or 9+ years of equivalent experience.

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), website governance, and content publishing.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility standards, SEO, and web analytics.

  • Experience coordinating digital projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

  • B2B communications experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM integrations, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
