Au cur de la croissance de Mirego, en tant que responsable du developpement des affaires, tu identifies et qualifies des opportunites de vente a fort potentiel, tu construis des relations authentiques et tu communiques clairement la valeur de ce que Mirego cree. L'objectif est d'alimenter l'equipe de ventes en opportunites qualifiees, en s'appuyant sur une comprehension approfondie des besoins des clients potentiels et en alignant ces besoins avec l'offre de services de Mirego.
TON QUOTIDIEN
  • Identifier et prioriser les comptes a fort potentiel en fonction des segments cibles, des signaux d'affaires et de l'adequation avec l'expertise de Mirego.
  • Qualifier les prospects en evaluant leurs besoins et la facon dont Mirego peut leur apporter une reelle valeur, tout en maintenant un volume eleve d'activites de prospection.
  • Documenter toutes les interactions dans le CRM pour garantir un suivi rigoureux et efficace.
  • Suivre les KPIs etablis (ex. : nombre d'appels, taux de conversion des leads, etc.) et contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus de prospection.
  • Suivre et analyser la performance des campagnes de prospection et partager des recommandations concretes afin d'optimiser les resultats.
  • Representer Mirego lors d'evenements, conferences et/ou webinaires pour etablir des connexions et renforcer la notoriete de la marque.
CE QU'IL TE FAUT
  • Tu as au moins 5 ans d'experience en developpement des affaires, prospection ou ventes dans le domaine des services numeriques.
  • Tu es a l'aise pour te deplacer regulierement a nos bureaux de Montreal ou chez nos clients.
  • Tu comprends les ecosystemes numeriques ainsi que les differentes plateformes web et mobiles ainsi que leurs contraintes.
  • Tu as d'excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, tant en francais qu'en anglais.
  • Tu es capable d'etablir des relations de confiance rapidement et de detecter les opportunites d'affaires.
  • Tu es oriente vers les resultats avec une capacite demontree a atteindre ou depasser les objectifs de prospection.
  • Tu as travaille avec des outils CRM (ex. : HubSpot) et tu maitrises des plateformes de prospection comme LinkedIn.

Business Development Representative
At the core of Mirego's growth, you identify and qualify high-potential sales opportunities, build authentic relationships, and clearly communicate the value of what Mirego creates. Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team by deeply understanding potential clients' needs and aligning those needs with Mirego's service offerings.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on target segments, business signals, and alignment with Mirego's expertise.
- Qualify leads by thoroughly assessing their needs and demonstrating how Mirego can provide real value, all while maintaining high levels of prospecting activity.
- Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure rigorous and effective follow-up.
- Monitor established KPIs (e.g., number of calls, lead conversion rates, etc.) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
- Track and analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns and share concrete recommendations to optimize results.
- Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and/or webinars to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector.
- You are comfortable travelling regularly to our Montreal offices or to client sites.
- You understand digital ecosystems as well as the various web and mobile platforms and their constraints.
- You have excellent oral and written proficiency in both French and English.
- You are able to quickly establish trust-based relationships and identify business opportunities.
- You are results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
- You have worked with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and are proficient with prospecting platforms like LinkedIn.
- You know how to analyze market data and adapt your messaging based on target segments.
- You manage a high volume of prospecting activities without ever sacrificing quality.
